   The Human Resources Development Fund  provides the Tawafuq program that aims to employ people with special needs and to support and empower the disabled workforce to work in the private and non-profit sectors under the principles of the Tawafuq program.

3. Visual Communication "Sign Language"
   The Human Resources Development Fund website provides visual communication in sign language during official working days from Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm to make it easier for the people with special needs to get answers to their inquiries and questions easily and conveniently.

   The website supports "text reader” feature which helps convert the text into audible text-to-speech. This feature converts the text into audible speech without requiring the user to activate any other software to make it easier for the disabled or visually impaired people and those who have dyslexia.
